My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms offered an amazing view of the swimming pool side at Miracle Suites; however, they were in need of decoration and the bed and blanket were not as comfortable as expected. The service was lacking, with staff just shaking their heads when unsure of something and showing rudeness towards my 11-year-old son. The location was good in terms of proximity to tourist spots in Pattaya, but it felt a little remote at times. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with wonderful moments in the dining area but also disappointing aspects. Overall, there were some positive highlights but also noticeable drawbacks to consider.
